OH my goodness, these videos bring back so many funny memories! I remember dancing in that same cellar to crazy 80's music with a bunch of Germans around me doing kung fu moves while singing "Everybody was kung fu fighting!" and then the band came down and starting playing what I gathered was traditional German songs because everybody was singing, swinging bears, linking arms and dancing. Good times! That was also when I learned that "kissen knuddeln" means "pillow hugs" in German because there were large pillows wandering around offering hugs ;-)

Do they eat Fasnachts there? This is big in Central Pennsylvania.
No eating of Fasnachts that I am aware of, It is possible that said dish is called something else in Überlingen?
